One of the main reasons people come to a church website is so that they can see/hear/see the Sunday morning sermons.  Maybe they missed that particular Sunday, maybe they want to dig a little deeper.  Either way, have a good tool for managing your sermons is essential to a church website.  Enter Sermon Manager, a nifty little plugin brought to you by WordPress for Church.

This tool will allow you to add audio, video, pdf, etc to each sermon you post, while also helping you to organize sermons by speaker, series, and topic. Its HTML5 audio player works on desktop, laptop and mobile devices (Android, iOS). Additionally, this tool features full podcasting to publish your sermons to iTunes.

Below are a couple of video tutorials that give plenty of details on how the plugin works and how you can organize and manage your congregation’s sermons.

Plugin Overview

There’s a quick overview of the plugin itself. Once you have done a little bit and set up, and familiarized yourself with the user interface, you are now ready to begin adding some sermons. Here is another video tutorial on how to do that.
